BRG Lone Star records a 3.7% drop in production in February 2022

BRG Lone Star recorded a 3.7% decline in total oil and gas production to 4,344.2 boe/d in February 2022 from the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.

BRG Lone Star oil and gas production increased by 10.59% in February 2022, compared to 3,928.22 boe/d in February 2021.

Year-to-date, the company’s total oil and gas production is up 6.67% compared to the same period in 2021.

The company’s oil production fell 8.21% to 42.94 bd in February 2022 from the previous month, while gas production fell 3.44% to 24.71 mmcf/d. On a YTD basis, oil production increased by 9.32% in 2022 compared to the same period in 2021, while gas production increased by 6.95%. Of the total oil and gas production in February 2022, oil production held a share of 0.99%, while gas production held a share of 98.07%.

Looking at the states where BRG Lone Star recorded the highest oil and gas production in February 2022, Texas was in the lead, accounting for a 100% share. The company produced 4,344.2 boe/d in the state in February 2022, down 3.7% from the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the company produced 8,855.31 boe/d in Texas in 2022, recording a 6.67% increase over the same period in 2021.

BRG Lone Star had the highest oil and gas production in Tarrant County in February 2022. Of all the counties, Tarrant County held a 14.95% share for the company. The company produced 649.58 boe/d in Tarrant County in February 2022, a 1.74% increase in production from the previous month.

Year-to-date, the county produced 1,318.61 boe/d for the company in 2022, an increase of 8.53% over the same period in 2021.
